Book report template

Three book report templates that grow with the reader. The 2nd and 3rd grade page asks for the characters, the setting, the beginning, middle and end, and a drawing of the best part. The 4th and 5th grade page adds the problem and solution and a written summary.

The middle school page covers point of view, protagonist and antagonist, the central conflict, theme and a quotation with its page number. To track the reading itself, see the reading logs.
