Cornell notes template

The Cornell method splits a page three ways: notes on the right during class, questions and key words in the narrow left column afterwards, and a short summary at the bottom. Covering the notes and answering from the left column is the review.

Two rulings: college ruled at 9/32 inch and wide ruled at 11/32 inch, the same spacing as the lined paper.
