The nine common nail shapes side by side, each named and described: square, squoval, round, oval, almond, stiletto, coffin (ballerina), lipstick and flare. Print it in color, or in outline to color in.
The nail size chart is a measuring sheet: cut-out millimeter rulers and a table for both hands, to match against a press-on brand's sizes. To draw designs, use the nail design templates.

Choosing a shape
Square, squoval and round work at any length, including short natural nails. Oval and almond look best with a little length past the fingertip. Stiletto, coffin and flare need length to show their shape, which is why they are mostly done with gel, acrylic or press-on nails.
How to measure for press-on nails
Measure each nail across its widest part, from one side wall to the other, in millimeters, using the cut-out rulers on the size sheet. Write the ten widths down, then compare them with the size chart of the brand you are buying: each brand numbers its sizes differently, so a size 4 from one is not a size 4 from another. If a width falls between two sizes, most people pick the larger one and file it down.
